To renew your certifications, you must first earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) by participating in continuing education and professional development activities. You can accrue CEUs to meet the renewal acquirement within your three-year renewal period.
Ways to Earn CEUs
- Check out the Preferred Provider course listing for training opportunities approved for ICC CEUs
- Visit the Learning Center and earn CEUs from seminars, training, and other education credit opportunities in your area
Enter CEUs and Submit for Renewal
Once you’ve accumulated the CEUs necessary to renew your certification, log in to myICC and enter or track your CEUs.

Certifications are valid for three years. Certificates must be renewed on or before the expiration date (when they become inactive) to be current.
