Certification Renewals

To renew your certifications, you must first earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) by participating in continuing education and professional development activities. You can accrue CEUs to meet the renewal acquirement within your three-year renewal period.

Ways to Earn CEUs

Enter CEUs and Submit for Renewal

Once you’ve accumulated the CEUs necessary to renew your certification, log in to myICC and enter or track your CEUs.

You can also download the Renewal Paper Application (requires $40 fee).

Need some help? Check out our Tutorial for Entering and Submitting CEUs.

Expired Certifications

Certifications are valid for three years. Certificates must be renewed on or before the expiration date (when they become inactive) to be current.
